You need to study your persuasive essay topic from various perspectives, establish your main argument and gather supporting evidence. You also need to know how to write a persuasive essay, namely how to organize parts of the persuasive essay in the way that will work best.
Try the following instructions on how to write a persuasive essay. They are indispensable in writing a well-planned and thoroughly considered persuasive essay.

1.Start with an Impressive Lead-In
The introduction of your persuasive essay is the first words you utter to render the readers to be well-disposed to you. Moreover, it is by the introduction that the reader decides whether to go on reading you essay or leave it in peace. Thus, the introduction of your essay should be attention grabbing and impressive enough to induce the reader to read further on.
Writing a persuasive essay, you need to pay particular attention to the first sentence you are going to write down, namely a lead-in. It is the most important part of the whole persuasive essay, out of which you come out either a winner or a loser.
To write a strong and impressive lead-in, try the following strategies:

7.start with an unusual detail;

8.put a strong statement;

9.quote a famous person;

10.introduce a short and up-to-the-point anecdote;

11.open the essay with a statistic or fact;

12.start with an emphatic rhetorical question;
Before deciding on one of the strategies, try all of them. You will be surprised to find out how different strategies can enrich and smarten up the introduction to your persuasive essay.
After you have put the opening sentence, be sure to introduce a sentence that will show that you see both pros and cons of the subject matter under consideration. Then write a thesis or focus statement, which has to reveal your own point of view. A well-formulated thesis statement is the key to success, as it is the central part of your essay, around which all other parts are organized.
Remember that a good introduction should be brief, concise and end with a closing sentence that will be transitional to the next paragrath.
2.Support Your Thesis in the Body
The body of your persuasive essay is the main part of your writing where you present supporting evidence and elaborate on the reasons you stated previously. The body should be a proof that you have researched and examined your persuasive essay topic and that your arguments are reasonable and reliable.
In order to prove your thesis statement and dispel the opposing arguments, you need to: 1) state the facts of the case; 2) prove your thesis with arguments; and 3) disprove your opponent's arguments in three consecutive steps.
Statement of facts is a non-argumentative presentation of details, summaries and narration concerning the problem discussion. In this part of the body you should present supporting evidence without stating your own point of view and trying to persuade the readers in it.
First, you should remind the readers of some events, provide vivid illustrations that will show the significance of the topic. Statement of facts should be clear, brief, and vivid. If you obscure the facts, you are defeating the purpose. Thus, delete irrelevant information and information which contributes little to the reader's understanding.
After you've introduced some facts, you can get down to proving your thesis with arguments. This should be the longest section and the central part of your persuasive essay. With the readers rendered attentive by the introduction and informed by the statement of fact, you must show why your position concerning the facts should be accepted and believed.
Now comes the time to deny the truth on which the opposing argument is built. Be patient in thinking over the refutation. It is the most difficult stage that needs time, concentration and absorption.
The proven way to hook readers' attention is to leave your strongest argument for last so that to leave them with your best thought.
3.Write a Memorable Conclusion.
Your conclusion should be a "mirror image" of your introduction. It means that you should refresh the reader's memory and remind him of the thesis statement you put in the introduction. It is not a mere waste of time or words, but the best way to convince the reader to take your side.
As well as in writing the introduction, you can try several ways to write a memorable conclusion for your persuasive essay.
Except for restating the introduction, you can summarize the main points to enable the readers to recall the main points of your position.
A nice way to conclude the persuasive essay is to write a personal comment or call for action. It could be: 1) your prediction; 2) a question that will let the readers make their own predictions; 3) your recommendations to solve a problem; 4) a quotation. It's up to you to decide!
The last line of your persuasive essay, that is the "tag line," needs special attention, for it is the second most important line after the lead-in. Thus, it is important that it:

4.renders the readers to be well disposed to you;

5.magnifies your points;

6.puts the readers in the proper mood.
Once you have put the full stop after the "tag line", your work is over. But make sure that the words you have put in your persuasive essay will be "working" long after your readers stop reading it.

About the Author:
About the Author:

Linda Correli is a staff writer of Go2Essay.com – custom Essay Writing Help. This Is What You MUST Know

Writing articles can give you explosive results if you are writing them in a way so that you tap into what your reader is looking for and leave them with the impression that you are the one that will give them the answers to whatever questions they may have. You have to make sure that you leave an imprint on them while they are reading your words.

But, what if you just don't feel like you have what it takes to write articles that compel people to click through to your website?

First of all, relax. You are not born knowing how to write an article that seduces your reader into coming to your website. It takes some time and some practice. I currently have well over 2,200 articles on line at last count and I still drop a few "duds" from time to time. It happens.

Sometimes I forget to hit the spellcheck and other times, the article will just come off bland and doesn't really do anything at all except gather dust on some article distribution site, lost among the many other duds that are out there. But I also have articles that have brought in hundreds of visitors and helped me to build a list of thousands of subscribers at the same time.

You are going to write these duds from time to time. We all do. What you have to do is to get back up when you fall and do it all over again, this time just a little bit better.

Would you like to learn how to dominate your niche through article marketing and build up a hungry list of cash paying customers?

I knew you would...

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://putu-ebook.blogspot.com/2009/07/new-to-writing-articles-this-is-what.html' title='New To Writing Articles? However, what makes a good article writer, anyway? As a website owner, what should you be able to demand for?

Trial articles

Before anything else, a good article writer should be willing to give you at least two trial articles. It can be an old article which s/he has written for another website, or a new one that's suitable for your own site which you're only supposed to pay for if you're happy about it. Trial articles are the client's assurance that they're not paying for a bad writer. Of course, the only way you can determine a good article writer from a bad one is by putting yourself on website reader's position.

Relevant information

A lot of independent article writers can write with impeccable language. However, most of them don't care to do enough research before writing about a topic. Good web content is something that's written with enough information about the subject matter. This doesn't mean that the articles should be highly technical. As a matter of fact, web site content should be written in such a way that even people who are not well versed in the said topic would be interested in reading about it.

Think of everyday conditions when you choose which topics to include in your website. If you want, you can specify these demands to your web site copywriter. A decent copywriter should be able to meet your demands no matter how specific. Remember, specific instructions make for less error in the output. If you gave very vague instructions to your copywriter, and you complain in the end, s/he may point out that s/he only followed what you told him/her to do.

Organized content

Your website copywriter should also have good organizational skills when it comes to writing articles. Web content articles are never written a whole block of text. If you've notices, almost all web articles are written with manageable paragraphs with proper subtitles. This is because online readers are always in a hurry. If you don't put subtitles in your articles, your readers will get intimidated and turn away the text.

Make sure that you also structure your articles in such a way that all the important things are written at the beginning. In layman's terms, you should put the summary or gist in your first paragraph. The succeeding paragraphs can be a discussion of all the major points that you're trying to make, but the first paragraph should already tell the readers what your article is all about.

Proof read with love

Your last duty as a web content writer is to make sure that your articles are free from any errors. Whether they're grammatical or typographical, it's important you make the necessary revisions. Remember, your credibility as a copywriter depends on the quality of your work. Your clients shouldn't feel the need to point out your mistakes because you're supposed to have a good hold of the language already.

100's of Barbecue Recipes

This is an excellent e-Book that is a must for anyone who loves a barbecue. Writing Career - An Exhaustive Analysis For Those Who Care

Despite the dramatic finish of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling's successful writing career is not at an end. She will take advantage of the released pressure, but by no means has indicated that she will be abandoning her career as a writer. She has said that she may write under a pseudonym, although the press would discover it "in seconds". Jo has already embarked on writing projects other than Harry Potter. In 2006 in an interview with the Daily Telegraph, she revealed that she has already written a few short stories, and is working on a story, aimed at a younger audience than Harry Potter's, which she describes as a "political fairytale" about a monster. It is unlikely, though, that she will return to writing another book in the Harry Potter series: "I can't say I'll never write another book about that world just because I think, what do I know, in ten years' time I might want to return to it but I think it's unlikely." She has admitted that there are "weak moments" where she has said okay to an eighth book, but these are unlikely and reiterates that Harry would not be the central character. Luckily, though, she has said she is likely to publish a large encyclopedia containing information about Harry Potter and his world not revealed in the books. She has not started writing it, and says she could take more than ten years to complete it: "It's not coming along, and I haven't started writing it. I never said it was the next thing I'd do." "There is no point in doing it unless it is amazing. The last thing I want to do is to rush something out" In July 2007, J.K. Rowling said she is currently writing two books, one for children and one for adults, reminding her of the situation when she was writing Harry Potter as well as another book in the early 1990's , before Harry Potter took over. " The weird thing is that this is exactly the way I started writing Harry. I was writing two things simultaneously for a year before Harry took over. So one will oust the other in due course, and I'll know that's my next thing" she says. None of her future publications are likely to be fantasy, lest she should borrow too much from Harry's world. She has said that "to go and create another fantasy universe would feel wrong". In March 2008, she revealed that her "political fairy story" was almost finished, and that it will "probably be the next thing" she publishes. It is possible that this story has taken over the novel for adults. She also said that she had resumed writing in cafes, reminiscent of what she did 15 years ago, writing the first Potter book. Ultimately, though, we cannot expect too much, too soon, as she says she will take "lots" of time off to spend with her family, and she has noted how much she will enjoy the lack of pressure on her: "... the idea of just wandering off to a cafe with a notebook and writing and seeing where that takes me for awhile is just bliss. Heaven. No pressure."
Harry Potter Fansite - MuggleMix - http://www.mugglemix.com/ JK Rowling's Website - http://www.jkrowling.com/
Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Frederick_Jogles

Book Review - Theodore Roosevelt on Leadership

No President cut a broader swath through the federal government than Theodore Roosevelt. Having served in a number of public offices including governor of New York and under secretary of the Navy Roosevelt was experienced at public administration upon arriving at the White House in 1901 on the death of President McKinley.
Strock examines Roosevelt's unique approach to leadership throughout his life and especially as President. He identifies a dozen primary areas where Roosevelt demonstrated extraordinary leadership skills.
T.R., as he was affectionately known, seized the role of leadership where ever he went. He knew no fear and confronted every challenge with vigor and courage. Roosevelt was a lifelong student, reading all the time. In fact Roosevelt read on average a book or two every day! He maintained that pace while President. He was as a consequence able to converse on any subject with people of all nature of expertise.
He was a team builder. He knew how to build loyalty and maintain it. He always got the very best on his team. He also knew how to challenge and motivate men and would get the best out of them. In part he did this through his own incredible stamina and accomplishments. He set the standard and example for all who worked for or with him.
He was a great public speaker and writer. Long before President Reagan was elected T.R. was a great communicator.
He was a firm believer in personal responsibility and integrity and never wavered from his loyalty to country and family.
In this book Strock does a good job of studying the man and demonstrating through example how he mastered and used all these powerful leadership traits to accomplish more than most Presidents before or since.
At the end of each chapter Strock summarizes the chief leadership principles that he has discussed. His summaries are often direct quotes from TR or are paraphrased. As an example, after the first chapter he lists seven important traits of a leader including focus of energy; seek leadership on one's own terms and avoid indebtedness to others; love their people; be committed to service; build a life based on service; do one's duty and seek to deserve success rather than seeking success.
This book is a little goldmine of Roosevelt's best leadership traits and philosophy. At 238 pages it is a good read.
Theodore Roosevelt on Leadership James Strock © 2001 by JamesStrock.com, Inc. A huge number of people from around the world are using Facebook. Facebook users can enjoy of different features that are a part of the network for example building the users own personal profile , adding and sharing pictures, visiting different communities and joining them if the users feel like and many other such features add inn a lot more value to this social network .
Apart from its own attributes and features, some additional applications are developed for the Facebook users that are called Facebook applications. These applications are developed to facilitate the users of this social network, and make their Facebook usage easy productive and enjoyable. By far a large number of Facebook applications have been developed and many of Facebook users are using. Facebook applications for all kinds of users are available on this social network keeping in mind their likes dislikes and interests. But the question is that what does it take to build a successful Facebook application?
In order to develop best Facebook applications the following things should be kept in mind :
• The application should be easy to use
How user friendly is your application? This is the most important part of any application. The more simple and easy to use the application is the more the users would enjoy working on it. Complex applications are always disliked by the users. So keep your ap
window.google_render_ad();
plication simple and easy but productive and result oriented.
• Importance of the social and viral component
A Facebook application should be having a social and viral feel in it. It must be socially charged and active because the network it is being developed for is a large social network. If it can’t be social, being viral would be a must for the application in order to spread amongst the users very swiftly.
•    Don’t build a totally foreign application
Building a totally foreign application that has no link to Facebook is a bad idea. So keep in mind to maintain a connection with either the features Facebook or if not this then you must develop a very catchy and exiting application which is viral and enough for the users to try it.
•    Importance of quality
It’s better to build a simple application and let it grow with the passage of time. If your application has various features its essential for it to maintain a high-quality as well. A proper hardware is required if more than the expected number of users start using the application. No users would carry on using a slow or broken up application.
Keeping in mind these points, if you develop you Facebook application chances for you application to be a success are more likely. But following these steps isn’t a must you can always try to develop complex applications if you think handling them at both the developers end and the users end won’t be a mess.
http://www.facebookster.com

Biography on One Our Greatest Living Americans! by Glenda Bixler

In writing the biography of Charles E. McGee, her father, Charlene E. McGee Smith, Ph.D., in Tuskegee Airman: The Biography of Charles E. McGee, also provides an extensive overview of nearly 90 years of American history!
Please consider this a major research effort, which highlights not only the life of a great American, but:
· An extensive history of the creation and present status of Tuskegee Airmen. · The development of aircraft used during wartime. · Highlights for all significant historical events during these years. · A continual look at race relations; i.e., segregation, civil rights, and, in particular, racial issues within the military service(s) and in America. · A significant list of resources and a detailed index!
There were just too many awards to mention in this review, from the Air Force Fighter Combat Record Holder through to The Congressional Gold Medal bestowed by the United States Congress. It will be each reader's privilege to read of these recognitions and commendations.
I enjoyed most, though, reading of Charles McGee's personal family life and of the many individuals affected through knowing him. The pictures on the front cover reveals a man whose eyes share the warmth of love and compassion-a man of integrity who claims respect due based upon respect given. Sample items I appreciated most included:
· Lessons passed down for generations in the McGee family dictated Charles endure them [acts of racism] with quiet dignity. So he turned a deaf ear... (p. 22) · "As hard as things were, there (in the camp) I was not black or white. Just another American pilot and officer afforded the same treatment as the others. That was better than I got when I was freed and returned to my own country after the war." (p. 55) · Charles named his plane "Kitten..." (p. 56) · Having come this far, the Tuskegee Airmen faced two enemies and one was American. (p. 59)...and, later, "They knew when they had Red Tails flying with them, they had protection from the Germans they could count on." (p. 61) · "...a lot of what we [Tuskegee Airmen] fought for was an opportunity to overcome having someone look at you and, because of your color, close a door on you." · Responsibility to God, country and family took on new meaning when it included six pound, ten ounce Charlene Edwina McGee... (p. 71) · "Up there above 30,000 feet with the earth below and the canopy of the heavens above, you realize you are a speck, a grain of sand in the grandeur of the universe." (p. 88) · ...he completed the 7000th mission flown by pilots of the 18th Fighter Group, went on to complete 100 combat missions, flying his final mission on February 20, 1951. (93) · When it was time to learn to swim, Dad offered a few pointers then threw me [the author] in the deep end of the pool... (97)
Forget about for whom this biography was written. Instead, add to your must-read list, the biography of one of America's finest! Find a copy of Tuskegee Airman by Charlene E. McGee Smith and read one of the best Americana books around!
Sir Colonel Dr. Charles McGee - I am honored to have had the opportunity to review your life story!
Respectfully submitted, Glenda A. And e-books are the Up and coming giant of information products However, there are some problems that web marketers must Face in order to create a truly valuable e-book. Not Everyone has these problems, but many people do (I certainly Did when starting out) Without a doubt, the biggest, meanest, and most vile of These problems do not know how to write. Writing, for some of us, can be as hard as trying to swim Upstream in chocolate pudding; but I learned that, by Following some simple steps, anyone can create well Information products in a snap Here are a few tips I've learned that have helped me create Profitable and worthwhile e-books, reports, sales letters, Etc. DAY 1 ----- Before you begin a long trip, you have to decide where you Want to go. You have a destination in mind. Otherwise you'd Be wandering all over the place, maybe you know of some Interesting places, but you'd never arrive anywhere you'd Truly want to be without a plan. The same happens is true of writing. The first thing you Have to do is decide what you are about to write and jot it Down on a piece of paper State your goals. DAY 2 ----- Now, do some research and some thinking about your proposed Work what do you want your e-book to say? What are the key? Points you want to make in your writing? What stories dodo You want to tell? Who will read this e-book (your target? Market)
Do not write the e-book yet. Just think about it and Scribble your thoughts. Put them on index cards or in A small notebook - this will help you keep the path of Your journey This is called the 'idea-gathering' stage. Think. Talk. Daydream. And take notes on everything you have in mind; if You don't, you may forget a bright idea. DAYS 3 & 4 ---------- This is the day when all the actual writing is going to Happen. Relax, sit at your computer (or typewriter), unplug The telephone and WRITE! Write non-stop. What you have to do here is write without Thinking the greatest obstruction to creative and Effortless writing is too much thinking. This may sound like A paradox, but it's not. We've all become too paranoid about The rules of grammar and proper English usage for this step Of the process: forget the rules! Forget *ALL* the rules. Write! Don't stop to punctuate or check your spelling or Look up a fact. Just write. Get as much on the screen (or on Paper) as you can handle. Be enthusiastic about it. If you don't know what to write, write "I don't know what to Write. I don't know what to write..." until you DO know what To write Just keep writing, keep your fingers moving. Don't Worry about what your writing looks like or how it sounds. You are not going to hand this material to anyone, this is For your eyes only you will edit it later. DAY 5 ----- This is the day when all the editing will take place. Editing can be a lot of fun; all you have to do is to be Ruthless about your writing and clip out (delete) anything That doesn't help you convey your message. Punctuate. Check Your grammar and you're spelling After you are done, go to a copy shop and make some copies Of your work give it five friends. Ask for their opinions And for their suggestions, ask them to write them down their Thoughts on the copy you handed them.
Get the copies back and change what you feel needs to be Changed not every single thing they tell you need to be Fixed, but if four or five of your friends tell you about The same error... corrects it. Lay your work aside and leave it alone for a couple of days. Then come back to it, and read it as if someone else wrote It. Stuff will jump to your face, correct that, too. Viola! Your e-book is now written. Now, all you have to do Is format it nicely and start marketing it.
About the Author
For more useful tips & hints, please browse for more information at our website:- www.craigs-list-profits.com www.e-bookmarketing.reprintarticlesite.com
